David Webb the owner of Legacy Alliance LLC has over 35 years of experience in the construction market as an estimator, project manager, and consultant and business owner. His experience working with owners, architects and contractors has always been to find a win/ win approach to bring the project in on time and in budget. Through his LEED AP BD&C training David has learned to incorporate sustainable building products and procedures to maintain an environmentally sensitive building while focusing on insuring the maximum value for the client. David is teaching LEED Building and Sustainable Construction practices at the Associated of Builders and Contractors currently.
